Graceland was the only home we visited where we felt she would receive the care and comfort she deserved. Spacious, well ventilated, scenic, very clean, with a team of dedicated caregivers who learnt patients’ by heart. 1.5 years and mum never suffered a bed sore, or questionable bruises. There is a big focus on care, with daily enrichment, exercise, art and craft, birthday celebrations and social interaction. Residents are not just parked in front of a tv to languish. Low density makes caregiving highly personal, with reports by the manager on conditions needing monitoring. Recommend it very highly.
